We do not require registration and we do not collect names, e-mail addresses, or any other personal data through the website. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Our servers do not store visitor IP addresses in application logs.
We only use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE), your selected city (SELECTED_CITY, stored for up to 1 year), and your light/dark theme choice (browser local storage). These do not identify you and are not shared with anyone. Because they are strictly necessary for the service to work, they do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.
Event posters and images are loaded directly from the servers of external providers (for example the TMDB image CDN or event organizers' websites). When your browser loads such an image, the provider technically receives your IP address and browser information, as with any image on the internet. We do not send them any other data about you.
Movie trailers are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and are loaded only after you press the play button. After you press play, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and process your data as described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Since we do not maintain accounts or profiles, in most cases we simply hold no data about you. You can always contact us at the address above, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
We may update this policy as the service evolves (for example if we add accounts or a newsletter). The current version with its date is always available on this page.
